ARTICULATED

The Articulated Wall is a sculpture by Herbert Bayer. This movement intervention looks directly at resonances between building and body by relating the articulation of the wall to that of the human spine. This marks the beginning of Henthorn working with performers with different abilities – in this instance her own body altered by a spinal cord injury.

The printing and installation of this series of images was commissioned by the Center for Bioethics and Humanities at the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz.
